There's a certain amount of impact that can help increase bone density not only from your hands and arms but through your feet and through your legs. Because the movement and the impact on the ground helps build bones. They did a study with some women from 18 to 30 put in a food boxing regime and they saw they had increased their bone density, so they had it. Guys, boxing is a fun way to help prevent osteoporosis

I love this tip so much. Thank you. I love boxing actually, and it's something that I've really been wanting to get more into shortly before COVID happened. And so I know some places are still open, but I haven't really you felt comfortable joining a boxing gym quite yet. And so I guess I'm wondering if you have any tips to do some boxing training at home, while many of us are cooped up and aren't comfortable going to the gym yet or anything

Still, since Lockdown and we found that it works especially with boxing, because I just need to teach you how to stand, teach you how to do things you can see me. It's just like me being in front of you. Yeah. So if you learn to shadowbox, if you learn to box and then you can do the early beginning stages of shadowboxing and then it all makes sense

So I'm just wondering where I can find more about when you're doing the classes and how I could join. That sounds super fun. So thank you in advance for sharing with me and also maybe someone else will hear this and we'll want to join you

You're in other group, right? So you can always let me know when you're feeling like you can do it. My online class is on Thursdays at 06:00 p.m.. London time, and I do that via Zoom. I will be changing my website and adding that to my website because previously I didn't know how long it was going to be or how successful it would be
