So the bank asked me to move fast as the concerned account holder had not realized that the money had come in and it was just lying in as is in the account. I did so I sent them a written request, also requested my bank to intervene. However, I was told that there will be. There are rather many a slips between the cup and the lip. Number one the bank does not have the authority to freeze the account without the consent of the account holder

Only he didn't. He followed up day after day, and by grace, the recipient of the money, who lived in this far flung state of Gujarat, agreed, and he promised to cooperate with the bank. His account was frozen and soon the transaction was reversed. Would you believe it? In today's age, where we literally are trained to think that an online transaction gone wrong is as good as writing off your money?

This time, even before I left for Madrid, I had made my plans that no matter what happens, I will be going to the shop and picking up at least one crystal which will be with me forever. I did my research using Google Maps, trying to find out how far that shop would be from my hotel. Then that time one evening, that is on. It was a Wednesday evening when I decided to walk down. It took me 30 minutes and I entered that shop

But a day before I had to move, I found myself in the closet, praying, asking the Lord Jesus to guide me. And he shared with me these words immediate housing for Veterans. And so I went to the computer and I typed it in. A name came up and a picture guy by the name of Sam, he had a place that he had for rent. And I called him He David. One of many such stories. This is how I was saved from drowning less than two years ago.

I had the tricycle and my cart, and we were on the bike path, and I saw that the channel that we had to pass through was overrun with water. And so I was trying to go back up onto the road and go to a bridge that was half a mile away. And my tricycle started to slide downhill. I tried to arrest it. It kept going. It was like the slow motion fall into the water

So close to drowning

I was totally gasping for breath, for air, and I saw her bobbing still, and I said, okay, I'm going to go try to get her. And I jumped back in the ocean. Within seconds, I was smashed down to the ocean floor again, and I was trying to go back out there and I realized there's nothing I can do. And there was this moment where I just surrendered

And as you know, the whole world was lost. Didn't know how to feed my family, didn't know what to do. And I said a prayer. I said, God, I surrender. This is all you. And you will make a way where there is no way. And a few weeks later, a friend recommended me for a job, a small job, to do some marketing. And that turned into actually some work I did with the youth
