It can lead to a pattern of avoidance where individuals sabotage potential relationships or withdraw emotionally to protect themselves from getting hurt. But why don't people understand this thing? How can we overcome philophobia and cultivate healthier relationships? One approach could be to confront our fears head on, gradually exposing ourselves to situations that trigger our anxiety, while practicing self compassion and mindfulness, which can be easily quoted as exposure and response prevention therapy

Many times the condition of our life and the experiences, childhood, especially bad experiences. They create perspective, perceptions and definitely this kind of feeling many people have.
