Week 3 Look Ahead

Notre Dame at this point. Bostoncollege at Temple is something I'm looking at. Boston College is a team that I had tapped in the preseason to make a little noise. Temple is not a great football team. We got crushed by Rutgers in the first week of the year, but BC is on the road. This is going to be a good road test for them to see if they can take care of business. If they can, then we're going to stay on the BC train

We should just move to Hawaii

Then lastly, I got to agree with you, and I have no idea why, but that San Jose State Hawaii game just kind of lashes out to me. It's only a seven point spread. I think San Jose State is by far the better team here. Just from what I've seen. And I can't believe I've already watched way too much San Jose State in Hawaii. So far. So I'm with you here. I kind of liked that game

UCLA vs Fresno State is an interesting game

So I think that's going to be an interesting game to actually see and watch this game probably won't be good. But Tulsa versus how does Ohio State bounce back after losing to Oregon? Do they flounder a little bit and let Tulsa get in this game? Or do they just crush a Tulsa team that isn't that good? So a game that also doesn't treat me as Florida. Alabama, who does Florida start at quarterback?

Great question on USC

So to me, those are must watch games because they all kind of have the potential to be good this year, but they all kind of have the question marks from buying, too. And then lastly on USC in Washington State, you bring up a good point. And I'll just tell you from my experience when you have a talented team that has underperformed and the coach gets fired midseason, I think you usually see a moderate to really good bump and play the next week

Teams play better normally after a coach gets fired

So what you brought up is the coaches being fired. The teams perform well, and if you look at it, most teams in College and NFL after it happens, most teams perform pretty good for a couple weeks after that, they start winning some games. But then after that, they kind of start to go back to their ways of underperforming
