Hey, swell. It's Tae here. So today I want to talk about self CareCare. I have been reading this book. It's called The Little Book of Selfcare for PISCES. And and they have one for all of the different astrological signs. It's by Constant Stellas. And it's just a really good book that is kind of talks about what self care is. It talks about astrology and it talks about ways that might make you feel a little better for your personal sign

Hey Taylor, nice to meet on this virtual wonderful platform. I love all the things that you planned to do for Selfcare that you've probably already done by this time. I hope you did all those things. My favorite thing to do, hands down to clean up my space because it just makes me feel so much better to have a clean space to just think in and be in

Something I used to do last year was a bunch of affirmations and I try to say them to myself every day in the mirror. And even if I didn't believe some of them slowly, after some time my confidence definitely started increasing and I slowly started to believe them because it was almost as if someone else was telling it to me over and over that I'm Pike wait, maybe I am these things

And I like that you also talk about talked about Tarot readings as a form of self care, because I look at Tarot readings as well for self care, because I think that using Tarot cards kind of helped me figure out my thoughts, and it's actually really helped me actually get rid of toxic friendships and relationships. So it's actually been really helpful for me. And I'm really glad that there's another person on here that also use terror readings for self care

I also wanted to add that that another form of selfcare that I do is I also like to clear up my space, but I also like to just get out. And that could be just going for a drive to go walk around Target or Home Goods or something thing or just like a walk around the park or go hiking just to get outside and out of my house. Because sometimes I can just feel a little bit trapped inside
