Turmeric Pepper milk

And I can tell you that it keeps you from coughing at night, waking up with a bad cough, as well as keeps you from getting seriously clogged up at night. And so when you wake up in the morning, you feel a lot more clearer in your head. I can actually watch for it, and I do the same now with my children. In fact, all of us just went through about one of the variations of the cold or influenza virus that's going around

This next one is a little more involved. It's a soup made out of long pepper. Now, long pepper is not the same as your regular black pepper, and we get it at Indian stores over here. I don't know if there are other Asian food stores that sell long pepper, but it's a special type of pepper, and it's considered extremely healing when it comes to cough, colds, and internal wounds

And this one I really love. And I'm going to be trying it the next time any of us has a cold. This is a honeypot turnip recipe. That is supposed to be an excellent expectorant. Apparently it's very popular in Iran and around the Middle East. And I found this really recently when I was looking for cough syrups from around the world. And so I thought that if somebody wants to check this out, I thought I'll share a link

Turmeric pepper milk?

Hey, it's JL. Happy New Year. I really liked this swell. And I've worked in healthcare as a nurse for 20 years and the past ten years have really opened myself up to the fact that that big pharmaceutical companies do not have all of the answers and at times that their solution to maintaining health or fixing an issue is in the long run detrimental to our health. And so because of that, I myself have started looking up different ways to address issues with the body and minor issues

Use of onions - https://youtu.be/P8rEvAFMT-M

Hi. It's JL again. I wanted to add since you said the thread was open for people to share different home remedies from around the world. I am located in a southeastern state in the United States, and in some of the rural southern areas, there are many different home remedies. Some include the use of what some label as moonshine, also titled as corn liquor, is essentially a homemade whiskey is what it is

So warm milk with turmeric and pepper, that's that's the recipe. But I don't know if the milk does make any difference. But you can try with other forms of milk and see if it helps you. If it doesn't, then I'm afraid it has to be cow's milk

And then it lasts for weeks and weeks, six, eight, nine weeks. It doesn't go. It's just a dry cough in his throat. And he said that his mom the only thing that works for him. And he's tried all sorts of medications prescribed by doctors and nothing works for him. And the only thing that works for him is his mom used to, when he was a child, take this route called Chaturate Root

Hello. Oh, I'm so excited. This is one of my favorite things, is healing with foods. And I literally drink this Turmeric latte quite often. It's something I get on a regular basis just because I love it. I had it just the other day when I got breakfast for my kids and I was waiting, and they had it with espresso, and I left the espresso out and just enjoyed the golden latte. So, yeah, beautiful, beautiful

This looks very good. And I eat at an Indian restaurant that has a grocery store. So I might check into this pepper, which sounds so interesting. I still don't quite fully understand exactly what it is, but it sounds wonderful
