Oh, my goodness. You just about made me cry. That was wonderful. Thank you so much. I wonder if you have ever read the book by Sherry Huber called there is nothing wrong with you because you sound just like her. If you have not, I encourage you to look it up. It's such a great read because it's done in such an unusual way, the way she wrote it

And that's why previously there's just been so many broken people going around breaking other people. Because it's kind of like handed down generational trauma and pain and kind of unhealthy ways of living, being, doing and existing that we're just cycling down to children after children after children. And if there's nobody that breaks the chain and starts to do something differently, starts to heal themselves, starts to love themselves, then it's like that line, history ignored is doomed to repeat itself
