I mean, here we have a famous but mad chef with the vendetta I will call him Psycho Chef. And a group of people who accompany him on his exotic island where his restaurant is located and the strangest selection of food menu I'd ever seen. The movie plays out over, I believe, six or seven parts or courses, and each part accompanies some elaborate dramatic story to it
There was so much complexity and nuance to his performance that at the end of the film I really was thinking to myself, like, who's the hero of this right now? Which is an interesting conclusion to draw from such a dark ending. I think one thing that is interesting to me is in Hollywood there's this tendency to nominate very certain performances or I would say particular performances and films for Academy Awards

Hey there, guys. Thanks for giving your feedback on this movie. This movie blew me away. I could not believe how fantastic it was and how much of a surprise it was because when I walked in on it, I thought it was a comedy. I thought it was just going to be a straight up comedy and it really isn't in any sort of way is it a comedy. They might categorize it as that, but I did not give that at all

Wow. Oscar's week here on swell. That is exciting. Is there a page or something I follow for that? Or do I just submit any or talk about any movie I feel should be nominated? Or is there a list of nominated movies?
Hey, Stacy. I know that if you just add a hashtag hashtag Oscars week to any of your posts, that's one way that you could participate. And then also there's going to be a few posts here on Swell that have to do with the Oscars. So, by all means, let your opinion be heard there, too. Anyways. Talk to you soon
