happiness: a tough task to achieve in the modern world

It cannot be achieved overnight. We have to take small steps to achieve our goal. Things that can effectively the path for happiness and are like regular exercise being in touch with nature through gardening, jogging, caring for people, sharing our thoughts and worries with others

But after getting in, again, there is a workload of the college assignments, homeworks, and the stress of maintaining a social life along with the academics. So again, the stress and anxiety starts and then again, happiness is short lived. So even the things that we think are long term memory, happiness can sometimes turn out into short term. It's very difficult to be in a constant happy state. Yeah

Or perhaps go take a vacation to a lake house where you can sit and organize your deadlines. I guess bring a balance in your life about what really makes you happy and what really makes you stressed. Because believe it or not, when there is a balance, happiness somehow follows. It somehow dominates. So I'm so, so glad you talked about this topic. And it is very, very important considering the mental health crisis that keeps on increasing day by day

Hi Samuel, thanks for shedding light on this topic and I just wanted to say that I completely agree with you and is really hard for us to achieve happiness in this modern world where everybody is under stress no matter what their stages or what kind of stress there is. But again, this society is created by us so of course we can improve it
