If you've come across any good protocols for sensitive eyes in the time of allergies, pollen, pollution, things like that. Appreciate it. Looking forward, and so welcome to Swell
And it's pretty tasty as well. Believe it or not, exercise is a good way to combat allergies. You're probably wondering what exercise has to do with allergies, but exercise help produce a natural anti inflammatory response in the body, which will help overall allergy relief. Also, I would recommend that you kind of stay indoors during high pollen season just because pollen is just in the air everywhere during high pollen season

You. That's all. Really great advice. I wanted to also ask you if taking Omega Three, Six and Nine would help with allergies and eye issues. Thanks
