Somebody is always going to step on your toes, step on you, step on your shoulders, step on your head to get to what they want and to get you to do what they want you to do. Even though because you're quote, unquote expert on the situation, they're right, you're wrong and you just do what you're told. I get it. I'm old school. I've had a lot of employers. I went to the military. I follow directions

And in order for them to feel, if not better about themselves, where they are in their position, but also essentially set that bar low to where it makes themselves advice or feel good, that is definitely not a leader and it's definitely going to be one of those downfalls in that company and I hope that they recognize that and possibly do something about it. But hey, since you left, it's not really your problem anymore. I've been in a similar situation in my previous role

Hey. Thank you, Dash. That was really interesting and inspiring. I just have one query though. Why would somebody stay in a toxic in an environment which is toxic and not get away? I mean, it's a something that I'm not able to understand. So maybe there are different situations like paying the bills and all of that. So that's a different thing. Otherwise, generally, human nature, it will automatically drive us out of a toxic the situation in case we get in

I think the reason why I stayed was because I I had hope that something would change. It's almost like any kind of relationship, you know, you're hoping that some something will change and that you see some some sort of potential in that person, in that situation. I saw potential in the situation. I saw that I thought I could grow with my skills, but hire in the company, things like that. But that's what it was

That's what I look at with good leadership or a good supervisor, a good manager, things like that. And I was in the military, so I saw a lot of this stuff. I've been in different jobs, but it was just so much, like, harder because this person was, you're going to do what I say and that's it, and that's all

You are the leader. You don't have to go and look for any good manager. You are the leader. The leader isn't you because you are the one who's leading your life. Don't bite all that. It's a phase, man
