Good evening, Ramya, and thank you very much for inviting me to the Swell podcast. I am delighted to participate with you in this conversation. Coming to the question you asked about what did I learn in the process of writing the book? I think one of the key things I learned was an ordinary person with an attitude, with a very positive attitude, could become an extraordinary person

Thank you so much for sharing that, sir. So, building a successful business takes more than a killer idea. It requires effective management and financial attentiveness, among many others. In your case, would you say that the depth of experience that you had heading operations and sales and managerial roles helped you to be more resilient to the setbacks and uncertainties that you faced during the initial years of infotain?

So the book's second part looks at these softer cultural aspects that set apart a successful, sustainable company, customer centricity process orientation and people development. The best startup cultures of today are noted for how they place people, their employees and their customers. First, could you tell us a little bit about how you managed to define the ethos of your company to create a strong, positive work culture and manage to maintain as the organization grew over the years?

We moved a delivery manager to head RHR, so he knows what exactly the empathy of the people are. So a constant rotation of people, constant sharing of wealth, making sure that you certainly practice the values that you always propagated, is the one which ensures that you build a positive work culture and you maintain that organization

And what is the purpose of a life that we are here for? The second one is that I have said that if you have a clear vision for excellence, you can be the best in anything that you choose to be in. I choose to be an entrepreneur. You can choose to be a scientist, you can be a pilot, you can definitely become a politician or a social worker or a podcaster, you can be any of those
