So that is what at least in my experience, so because of that, so what I kind of do now is whenever I get a chance to talk about mental health and to help people, I do go out of my way to do that. And there was a series, it's a global series that's going to come out called I Hope This Helps

So it's very important that we spread this word, we spread this awareness on this day that there should be no stigma attached to mental health issues. And it's like normal, any other kind of health related issues. Because when we talk about the word health, we often focus only on physical health

And as I can say that mental health is we can say that our mental health is of utmost importance because it significantly impacts our overall well being and quality of life. And mental health affects our emotional state, including how we feel, handle stress and relate to others. And good mental health allows us to experience positive emotions such as happiness, joy and contentment and effectively cope with negative emotions such as sadness, anger or anxiety

Hi Private, thank you so much for making this wonderful swell. And I do agree with every point that you have mentioned. We focus on our physical health but in the process we actually don't give much importance to the mental health. And even now there are many people who consider this mental health as a taboo. So we need to take some steps in order to change the situation
