So that's the reason I wanted to ask you all. Do you also feel times or maybe I think these are some not very long periods of time when you completely go blank. It's like small episodes maybe, but for me it's healing, it's peaceful. Because there's nothing that is forcing me to think about anything in particular. It's like that my mind rests maybe. And I constantly thought about this before I wanted to make this well. That when I had nothing to think

You are allowing yourself that silence that you were wanting to reach out to for so many years. And actually, I have experienced this state of thoughtlessness or when I'm just not thinking about anything. It's only when I am doing my meditation, when I am chanting something, or when in the early hours of morning, I turn on my playlist of chants in the morning. And these heims bring about me a state of relaxation. And they actually allow me not to think much

So that is the way how our mind is conditioned, I guess. Because even in small things like when we have continuous work, we'll feel like why I have lot of work? And the moment you don't have any work and you're idle, you start questioning why am I idle? So I don't know exactly why this happens but I too feel the same most of the times in most of the situations
