And I think thank you for your support and your encouragement always and just that. I want my podcast to be more engaging. So that's the reason because I'm not here to just post or share my experiences. This is the day I started making Soil. It was more about engaging with you all and considering your input to build a strong connection with you all. And my motive about for making these podcasts is basically to help people in dealing with any kind of situation they feel stuck into

Ah, I would say like you can start a series on some topic. It can be, like, tips for distressing or some stories, but it can be a series kind of a thing. Whatever topic you choose so that the listeners will connect it to your swell as one part, you hear one. Week the next part you hear next week that way and kind of stick to couple of stations so that you grow your audience in those stations. That's my suggestion

Hello. Hi. So you can actually find the things that you are good at or you consider as strengths and find ways in which you can teach that to other people. So you can use Swell for that. That's one and number two. Overall, I think you can talk about human relationship relationships or quality time or the books that you have read. If you like to give book reviews or summary of the books, or your understandings and opinions about some books or even great movies

So that's one of my favorite topics to speak about because of so much of there's so much of running around going on the world, and people need to just pause and reflect and take out time to look after their emotional and mental well being as well. So, yes, I like this and I'll surely make my future swells on maybe book reviews and more about relationships. Heartbreaks. And thank you so much. Bye

Hi Pragati. So certainly choosing a topic for the Swell, it can be a little complicated because I've gone through this phase and I guess you can talk about the topics you are passionate about and you can share your interest and hobbies and and also you can share your experiences and stories if you are comfortable with and also like topics related to the personal development and mental health or some productivity. Often that resonates with the listener or you think that it might help the swellers

Hi Pragati. You obviously always post such kind of content which gives relief to everyone and which motivates everyone, inspires everyone to understand themselves. Especially you come up with such kind of topics which actually create lot of awareness among people and they understand, okay, this to exist. It's not an unusual thing, this too happens. So you really do a great job. And I always love listening to you and replying to you
