And as a professional, we are trained, when we are trained to diagnose something as a disorder, they tell us, basically teach us a couple of things. The first one being that we call it a disorder when symptoms are persistent. And all of us the truth is all of us experience anxiety, as you mentioned, we only call it a disorder when it persists beyond the normal, I guess, a set time frame. And I think there are different diagnostic criterias for it

So as you said, like like panic attacks are more intense and I guess panic attacks more or less are sudden episodes of extreme fear with the prominent so panic attacks are prominent with physical symptoms while anxiety attacks involve more gradual buildup of worry, tension and a mix of physical and emotional symptoms. So both can be distressing and require the professional help also and also treatment and especially if they become the chronic or severely. So yeah, one should really recommend professional

Hi, Pragati. Today, these stress attacks, panic attacks, anxiety attacks have been increasing among people of all age groups. When the problem is in the beginning stages, it's okay. It's okay to manage. But when the problem is ah increasing its severity then one must need medical attention by a qualified doctor or a professional psychiatrist or a professional counselor. So, if anyone here are suffering from such attacks then I request them to please seek medical attention as quickly as possible

Depression is something like for an example, I lost a friend with whom I have 22 years of bond. And when I heard the news, I was like, yeah, what are you saying? I don't recall your call. Can you repeat it again? It's okay. Could you like to repeat it again? That is the answer. I have said to the person who said me that my friend is no more. And then what it is called? Like I'm careless
