Week # 2 Roundup

article image placeholderUploaded by @Phil
So these are just two teams that I think we got overhyped on on week one. Mitch has been calling since the beginning of the season preseason, actually, that Notre Dame is going to be a completely overrated team. I think he was right. And that was just a very big disappointment for week two is seeing both those teams not live up to what we thought they might have been in week one. I think my best call the week was Arkansas getting eight points from Texas

Overall on the season: 9-2. Should have listened to the Iowa picks.

Topsy Turvy week for the Pac -12

But I'll get the low down on the game and we'll take it from there. The other game, Arizona losing to San Diego State. I think it'll be a long year for Arizona, and that's not unexpected, but still tough to see in that pack. Twelve south. So right now, you have UCLA in the south and Oregon in the north and anything other than that. And I don't think the Pac Twelve will be represented in the College football playoff

Notre Dame thoughts

And as Brian Kelly said, he might need to execute his team, but it's more of execution and by their team instead of getting executed. And if I think Purdue is the team, I think they are. Now, after watching a couple of other games, I think they're getting over the h*** of a game, and I might look to take them at plus seven or greater

Great IN state rivalry

Problem is, since the 60s, they really didn't have too many years that they were actually able to do that. But this year, I agree with you. I think Jeff Brown comes in with a good team. I think Jeff Brown is a great coach, especially X's and O's. And if Brian Kelly and their team is struggling on something, you can expect a heavy dose of whatever they don't like coming from Jeff bronze
