Silent Quitting

article image placeholderUploaded by @MsColes77
But we have to recognize when we're just truly burnt out and what to do about that. So what do I do when I get to a place where I'm just tired of this job, but I don't know what else to do? Well, for one thing, we need to revisit some of our gifts. What are we really good at? What are we really good at? And what do we have a passion for?

It is so true what you say. Like, I work for a hospital system and during the pandemic, we never worked remotely. We worked the entire time in person. So I have so many staff members that are just completely burned out. You could see it in them. And it's crazy how they call they call us heroes. They call us, oh, look at the people stepped up. No, most of the people were forced and made to work

And I didn't give two weeks, I gave a month. And I sent plenty of letters or emails rather to management as well as the owner of the establishment. And ultimately I had enough and I left. But I left on good terms

It's. Thank you so, so much for responding to my segment. I appreciate all of your feedback. And I agree with you, I also work for a hospital system. We did work from home during the pandemic. We continue to work, but we worked from home. And I'm still working from home, actually. But I agree with you, patient needs do come first when you work for a hospital system, patient needs come first

So integrity and character is something that has been lost in the workplace in just about every sector. In just about every sector. And it's a shame. It really is. But thank you so much for chiming in. I always appreciate your input, and I look forward to more of it
