Dream Cricketers Who'd Have Excelled in Limited Overs
Rohan Kennedy, Ted Dexter, Freddie Truman, Alan Davidson, Sikh and I Do, Everton, Weeks, Mushakali, Wesley Hall, Graham, Paula, Sony, Ramadan and a host of others readily come to mind would have lived the cricket field with their awesome heroics. A dream world cup final would have been between Frank warriors West Indians and Richie Bennett's, Australians of 1961

I think the last cricketer who played a test match against Pakistan was Ishan Sharma. Correct me if I'm wrong there. There has been a generation which is not played against each other bilaterally in a test math series is such a loss to us cricket lovers. Can we call us purists in some way? So I firmly believe that test cricket is the ultimate sports of any kind with the complexities of mind, body and spirit all qualizing towards a result or not

Thanks a ton. Immensely humbled. It's always a pleasure to receive kudos from fellow colleagues and peers. I certainly share your sentiment that Test Cricket is the ultimate game, and as a person who has played national level cricket with the greats like Samil Gavaskar, Kapalay Bishop, I certainly adhere to that viewpoint. To me, Test Ticket is the game to watch, with all its topies as well as the kind of attractions. It is what makes, as you rightly said, the equivalent of life's

Hello. This is asefulachan. I am a journalist but more importantly, Mr Deepak Mahan is like my elder brother because he is a very good friend of my elder brother. When I was growing up in Aayan, I saw him playing cricket. One thing I can say with certainty and firm assurance that when I saw Deepak Vicer playing cricket on the field, he was true epitome of what was earlier called the gentleman's game
