Handling Sudden Changes of a Break Up
Although with relationships there will be situations that may occur such as obstacles, differences, lacks of communication, trust, changes in someone's behavior, the list goes on. We just never know what will eventually change the closeness of a relationship that we have with someone or result to an ending of a relationship. It is one of the most challenging parts of life, but it is also healthy to recognize when the time is needed. What don't kill us will only make us stronger, says many

Hey. Thank you so much for inviting me to this. Well, I got a lot of practice on this, breakups, friendships and relationships. So recently, in the last five years, I will say that I have lost well, it's been about seven years. I lost both of my best friends. I lost three best friends. I had one I knew for over 20 years, one right at about 20, and then another one that we were best friends for a year
No matter how big or small a situation may be, one way or another, the truth will be exposed as far as people's true characters through the practices, it makes it very easy to make the right decision of choosing self over self sabotage or over someone else being the reason for any hurt or whatever it is. So I definitely give you a lot of credit for that because it's not always easy, but you definitely made the right decision. You know what I mean? So that's awesome

But I believe that once we come out of the grieving phase of the ending of these relationships, because there is a grieving phase that happens when a relationship ends, whether it was expected or unexpected, whether it was long overdue or whether it was untimely, there's always some sort of grieving process that takes place
Because that goes to show if they really were your friends, that's also God's way of showing who people truly are. And it's a good thing that they just remove themselves. So it can be something that we can learn from and it's not always a bad thing. So definitely thank you so much for sharing your story
