Wow, you just really gave some memories out there. And I go back as far as you do on the Patriots, and I remember Ron Meyer, and I remember the snowplow game, the Super bowl trip, and Raymond Berry was a hell of a coach. And then after Raymond Berry, it just went into kind of this dearth of the Rod rust year. And then Dick McPherson, coming over from Syracuse, really didn't have that much success

I saw this on the news earlier today about him being fired. And I just knew you were going to cover this. I just knew it. And I said, he's going to cover it. He's going to have something to say. I couldn't wait. I was waiting till you posted it. And I know I got to it late, but this is great. You carried it very well. I loved it. I love the commentary

Phil, you know, these young Patriot fans are spoiled. They're not like you and I when we was just going through decades of losing. I tell this to a lot of the young guys that be crying about the Yankees. I said, listen, I'd be sitting in the stadium and I be telling young guys, they'd be like, man, we lose. And I said, buddy, I've been a Yankee fan before. Steinbrenner bought the team. Trust me

You. Yes, I had the tap dance on this one. No question about it. You know, it's just because, you know, if you're fired, you're fired. Obviously, you wasn't doing something right because you got fired. So let's not make it like a great celebration, even though, you know, I'm a Patriots fan. I've been a Patriots fan since the, remember losing big time
