You know, there's two times in my life where I've seen fights escalate to somebody pulling a knife on the other. And both of them ended exactly how you describe in one case. It was a pretty athletic guy that pulled a knife on on another. That was way tougher, way more trained in fighting. He was a high school wrestler. He was in the military
So a young guy was talking, and he said, yeah, man, if we can almost had to kill this guy, well, we got to do a thing. And then he pulled out his knife. I pulled out my knife, you know what I mean? I asked him, Were you ready to die? And I said, ready to die. What do you say? He said, well, our friends grab this and kind of broke it up. Let me ask you a question

If he thinks that he can convince the jury otherwise or they would act differently, then of course then he'll bring charges forward and then the defendant would have to go to court on those charges. So that's kind of the way it works, right. In the law enforcement world, there's some leeway given to law enforcement officers, right

I'm just going to finish what I was saying on my last recording. Once the threat no longer exists, then Penny had a responsibility to then de escalate. Right? And I will even go as far as to say as a human, maybe provide a little bit of care. Anyways, I'll leave it at that. Thank you for your response. I hope you guys are having a great day and be safe out there
