Is Structure Important For You With Work?

article image placeholderUploaded by @FryedOreo
X, Y and Z. I guess I'm just one of those people where I need a job to feel like a job, otherwise it will never be as a job for me, which is interesting as me being a potential social media influencer that I would have a hard time finding that to be a job in the sense that I don't know if I would be as creative, but then again, I don't know because I'm not in that position either

What’s your work process?

Hey Dewuan, Congratulations on day two of your new job. Not sure if it's your career, but it sounds like it is at least your job, which is great. And it sounds like it has some strong structure which you are seeking. I've worked in the same career, I guess you could say career path for about 15 years now. And I definitely need structure. I need to have a job that is a job and not a lifestyle per se

Hey, Dewuan wanted to respond to this, and before I begin, I would like to say if you did notice on your notifications that I did respond to this earlier, but there's no response and it's gone. It's because I deleted it. That was simply because I didn't like my response. But I'm going to be very short and brief with my response. My response is going to be that I like a hybrid

Thank you Jared and Professor for your responses.

Thank you very much Jared, and professor, for your perspectives on the matter of structure at the job site. And Jared, you nay or Yay. As explained, I had the opportunity to go from a rigid structured schedule that many people would consider micromanagement and I went through a schedule where it was kind of like just do your own thing. We know you know what to do
