And as I watched her by this pond, using a stick to gently move the water, I was struck, like I'm usually struck by young people, by her focus and her curiosity about the unknown. She knows that there are fish and frogs, and she's very patient to not ask them to come out all at once and entertain her. She's very patient. She wants to watch what they do. What you see is what you get, especially in the moderate to severe population, the more medically fragile, the ones that really require a lot more attention, the ones that, let's say, are diagnosed with down syndrome or are really high on the autism scale, just to give you an example. But I really like working with them because again, what you see is what you get. And what I also love is how accepting they are of others
