Sleep challenge

But I will say that I have been going to sleep these last couple of days and been getting my sleep in. So if you have any suggestions, please share. So, interestingly, with me, it seems like I'm a better sleeper when I'm not really in the most comfortable position. But then when I do get comfortable, that's when it's hard for me to go to sleep. It's ironic, but that's just actual reality for me. And again, things are always on the mind and things are always on the heart

Wow. I definitely like this idea. Really, really cool. For me, I don't know if it's totally possible to do the more sleep challenge this week when I'm off of work. It is, but unfortunately, it just doesn't always happen

Oh my gosh, the timing is impeccable on this, KK. I just barely finished doing my my podcast for today, my swell cast, and coincidentally it was also on sleep, but mine was on noise. The noise that helps us sleep and the noise that interrupts our sleep. And I did type it out and read it so I wouldn't miss anything. So it does sound a little mechanical, but the info is there if you want to take a listen to it, go ahead

Yeah, me too. I have sleeping problems. The same. I get two three to 4 hours of sleep a night. Five at the most. So I'm the same. I've always for years have sleeping problems. Even when I do sleep, I wake up several times during the night sleeper. I hear noise. I'm in apartment, so I hear any kind of noise that goes on during the night. Like I say the same

I've got, you know, now I go to bed about midnight or 01:00 a.m. 01:00 a.m. Which is not I ideal. I mean, I do get about five or 6 hours of sleep every night. But what I've come to realize is if you're not getting about seven, 8 hours of sleep, the lack of sleep affects your brain and your nervous system

I turn on the thunder sounds and they help me to go to sleep. And I even have medication I can take, but I haven't taken it lately. But, you know. Yeah. I hope you're up for the challenge, and I look forward to seeing how things go by the end of the week. Thanks so much, y'all

Hey, happy Sunday. Thanks so much for being willing to at least do the water challenge. I start off good and then all of a sudden, like, I just end up not doing what I say as far as the water, but I'm going to do it this week. I got my jug and everything. I'm going to do it because I want to cleanse myself out and then also with the sleep thing I understand because I only have a little bit of time

So I try to take that in mind, and I'm just being patient because I know that things are coming. And right now, with everything I got going on in my life, all the stressors, it's not a bad thing to have him around. Think of it that way. As long as he's mentally healthy, it's not bad. So thanks so much, and I look forward to hearing you in the challenge

And a lot of times, sometimes I sleep in the gym and sometimes not because I need my legs free, too. It's a weird thing, but definitely I'm gonna try. And, you know, a lot of times when you have your home set up, I will. Sometimes I will spray the room, like, I spray my pillows with the sleep stuff, like another lady on here talked about. I have candles. I have darkness in my room

So I always try to make sure that I go real good and don't drink a lot of water before I go to bed. That helps too. But have you noticed that you wake up at a certain time every night? Cuz I wake up like a three. Usually it's 04:00 a.m. That I wake up. It's weird. Three between three and 04:00 a.m. At like clockwork is usually. It's usually four. Four am. Yeah

You know, like I said when I posted like the other night, I went to bed really early and I woke up at 04:30 a.m. But I wasn't tired. I was ready to get up. I tried to go back to sleep but I just couldn't. And I got up and I went through the whole day. Had a great day. But um
