Hey, James, I really appreciated the little journey you took us on. The stubbed toe hurt my toe when I just listened to it. And the white flower, I mean, these are things that his gut knew. We hear stories of old wives, tales that become the thing that someone made a million bucks on by making a TV show about it

You. Hi, Deborah, and thank you so much for the feedback on the article, bare feet and white flower. I am now, believe it or not, almost 69 years old. And last January, I had a quadruple bypass. Interestingly enough, there was another thing that my father told me, which I'm going to share because I have about 180 of these packed into a book called Monologues. And that was don't stop exercising
