Apple reduces rev share to 15% for small businesses

But I think this will probably bolster Apple's case that they are being considered not wielding too much of a power over for small businesses trying to give them a fair shot, whereas larger, more sufficient ones can afford to pay 30%. So let's see how it plays out in the context of that lawsuit. But this is definitely welcome news for all small businesses, indie developers, and anybody who is starting out to build an app and monetize it on Apple

And then as you keep going and as your revenue increases, the percentage increases and maybe not in steps as much as even like a linear or logarithmic scale or something like that would also be kind of interesting, in my opinion, the way I look at it at the end of the day, the small guys or the guys who are starting it should be really easy for them to jump in and compete with the big guys. That's what this should be

Laws of Monetary Physics at play

Hi Xiaomi Yes, I think it's good for the small and indie developers, so that's good news for them. But I can't help but think that this is again laws of monetary physics at play. We'll see if Google will follow suit as well

@ronjonn Your thoughts on App Store rev shares?

Hi Ranchin. As a pioneer of app stores and the originator of the laws of monetary physics. I'm curious, what do you think about this latest move from Apple about reducing their ref share? And where do you think ref shares headed in general, in the industry
