When we sleep and we give rest to our body, we allow our body to work its mechanisms

And I've seen that a lot of youngsters these days, they consider that sleep is probably something optional, that they, and they don't, lies that they're playing with their health when they are giving up on sleep, or they're busy either binge watching Netflix or watching reels on their laptops or on their mobiles, or they are reading something and partying hard, and they are giving the least bit of importance to sleep. And that is going to cost in the long run
So thank you so much once again for interacting with my content and always being so consistent and showing up whenever I post something. Thank you so much ranjana kamo

So it's a way of finding time for leisure and entertainment at the expense of sleep. I have been guilty of doing this for a while, when some days, especially weekends, I try to stay late just to catch up and end up watching Netflix or reading something and into the wee hours of night just because I couldn't do it during the day or I'm not able to. Right. And that affects the quality of sleep most definitely
I really hope you will be able to make that switch sooner or later, and I hope all the best for you and I will definitely catch you up on the next. Well, thank you so much. Bye

An audio note. Yeah. Thank you. Bye
Hi Sreeja. So the thing is. Actually I feel like your and Ramya's voice might be a little similar. That's why maybe like I kind of like confused it but I will remember it from next time onwards. Sreeja it is. And sorry for mispronouncing your name I think. And yeah, I will definitely check out your other swells as well and definitely reply to them too
