It's if you have had some setbacks, just know that you can always start again and again and again, and you never have to feel like, oh, I've lost all of my progress and I have to start from ground zero, because truly, your body does have muscle memory and you can do it. So that's all. Take care

I would go to the gym him every day. And then I started training for marathons. Then I became like a runner and then I hurt my knee a little bit or my shins, and then I would or I would start working on workout cardio machines. And then I got really bored of self training and I was like, I need someone to help me or else I'm not going to want to do this
