We saw our families more, called and talked on the phone with our loved ones, took more road trips, explored the US, explored wherever we were at that moment. We also took giant steps back and saw how we were living our lives. At least I know I did. Personally, it felt so selfish and freeing to be able to determine my own daily flow. I know a lot of things. So many things shifted during and especially after so many lives lost

But I think also maybe our bodies remember because it was around this time, and I've been hearing a lot of people talking about it as well. So I think maybe our bodies kind of carry that. But, yeah, this is great and hard to listen to, but I thank you for sharing it

Thank you for receiving that. I definitely had to breathe through this recording, and it happened to be raining in New York this night. So you hear the whooshing sound of the storm in the beginning, but by the end of it, I don't know if you heard it, but I literally had to take a deep breath by the end of it. And that was exactly what you picked up on
