Life doesnt happen to you it happens for you
But you have to trust the process you have to put into work. You have to have optimistic mindset on life. Me, I battle with depression on a daily basis. It's very easy to slip down and fall down into that. It's not a mindset, it's something that happens to you. You feel like the world's happening to you and it's not. Your life is happening for you. It's unfortunate

They are going to keep happening whether you believe it's to you or for you or whatever, versus that inner world, your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions, your mentality, that's what you do have control over. So for me, it is a much more powerful thought process that helps give me power and control to say this is happening for me. Where can I find the lesson in this? The blessings in this? Like, what is the learning here?
