And I love having days when I'm surrounded by other moms, maybe because I'm a mom, but even before I was a mom, I found myself finding most joyous times around children and parents and hearing their stories and learning about their babies

And it made me think about, when you have social interactions, they can leave you drained, they can leave you neutral, or they can leave you energized. And I think finding those people who energize you and who you can energize is deeply special and something that we should just prioritize, I think, because I really do think it affects the energy that we put out into the world in our closed community, but also extending outwards
