It's about the tiny moments when you happily talk to your family and when you know you have friends that have your back. For me, happiness lies in the cute little actions of my loved ones. The jokes they forward to me on WhatsApp me and my sibling cooking and eating Maggie together. My mom and dad teasing each other and laughing. My sister hugging me and sleeping like a baby. And the moments when I realize I am the center of my people's world
And as somebody senior to you in age, I can tell you that is a very good definition of happiness, as they say that you should have what you need and not necessarily what you want. So we can keep wanting things. We can keep wanting a good job, good education, a good secure future, money, an ideal life partner, and so on and so forth. We can keep wanting things, but what we really need are the small things. And that gives you contentment

I know there are like maybe big happiness and small happiness. So let's say there might be a very long term goal which you want to achieve. Like maybe at a certain age, at a certain time, that's a big happiness. But for that you cannot just give up on the very small happiness which you get on everyday things. So I think that's what my perspective is, that you should always chand the bigger goals, but you should not forget how to live your life
