Rest & Play - why might they feel like hard work?
Media and entertainment and news all kind of swirl around us and are barking things at us. And being very busy seems to be a really important thing. Like, I'm so busy, I can't talk now. So while I'm working or for leisure, I should say maximizes time for leisure because I've workedplayed, I've done my thing during the day, my 810 hours or whatever that is, so that I can completely turn off and just rest. Because what I find or seen or observed is that we work as you say, you come home, you're exhausted. And so we don't have time

And if your life feels not playful, then you have to consider a career change
