You. Good morning and happy New Year's Eve. I am all for vocational programs. I remember growing up in the 70s where I wanted to go to college, but I didn't want to go to college. And a lot of times vocational schools bring that desire to people who go to them

So I think in our community, we're adding the financial literacy, the mindset, because now you're giving folks a lot of money and a lot of opportunities. There's a transition there that's needed, a mindset transition. How do we spend this money? How do we not perpetuate generational poverty even though we're living above the poverty level? I think my grandmother used to say something about, well, whatever the equivalent is when folks win the lotto and then they go broke
