Letting Go Of That Tight Grip 🌿

But this time it's a rather tender and secure and gently hold and none of the sand is falling off. Instead of place for more sand to come in. Just like that, I feel like we can use this metaphor for life. Sometimes we hold onto tight, we become controlling and we become rigid and there isn't any fluidity. We're afraid to let go and move with the waste of life. And I feel like we become less involved with life and instead grow more attached to it

And I think it's so instinctual, I guess, as animals that want to survive to hold to the grasp, rather versus what happens when we just hold something. It feels like insecure and we're going to lose it. But like I said, the sand is not shifting because we're just holding it. We're not clinging to it. And that was really excellent point as well as you know that the clinging and what you have is what you have
