Do not ignore what comes out. For once in an astonishing while, you will look down at the foul black rocks tumbling out of you and see precious gems hidden in the stone

The other benefit is that sometimes I can find myself better in the future than I did when I wrote the original poetry or did the original design. So it was a hidden gem in itself that I didn't realize at the time that I was sending a message to my future self. So it's just a little tidbit I wanted to share with you.
