Hey, welcome to swell. There's there's so many great bits in here about PTSD and how to deal with it. I don't have it, but I but I'm but I'm close to people to a few people who who do have it, and it's it's it's I know I know that it's very tough, but it is it is it is beautiful to find ways that you can cope with it
When you have anxiety or PTSD, depression, or anything that's going on with your life that just has you out there, you have to find things that make you feel accomplished, like you have a purpose. And that's what my artwork has done for me. So I would suggest for people to try something like that for their anxiety or depressions or whatever, it really has helped me out a lot.
