Back in the thing that it really made me think a lot about is my own journey with food and how I may have had some influence from my dad's culture, some influence from my mom's culture, and of course, different cultures. Here in the United States, we are considered a pretty big melting pot. So you can get everything from Ethiopian food to Chinese food to different types of Indian cuisine and that's really nice

So you put them together and boil this chicken for not too much because you don't want chicken to be overcooked. So you boil it for about 15 minutes maybe. And then you will remove the chicken. Now, in one container you will mix again. Garlic, onion, oil and some salt. If the boiled water was not salted enough, you will put some salt again and mix this all together. Then take that chicken. You can replace with something that you like and you bake it. And that chicken, it tastes so good. And I have other ways also for making the same thing. So that's what the fascination is. But one thing can be made in so many ways, and that is what I like. Anyway, I don't want to get too bored listening to too much of these details.
