And when he was there would be incredibly overbearing in a way that was, like, pretty shocking considering how lackadaisical and, I don't know, nonchalant he was about the business operations in the day to day, and he would hire people to run the place that were friends of his that had absolutely no business running a business of, I was going to say, of their own, but belonging to anybody, honestly
Good comments as far as work and bad bosses. Bosses can be good and bosses can be bad. I've had a lot of good bosses, but sometimes just the lack of encouragement or the, just a boss stating, you know, like, you're really a big part of this company, please don't leave. You know, my brother's going through that right now

They're all trying, you know, working very hard to get somewhere in life. And that they're not take. They're taking their job seriously while they're there and doing the best they can. If you hadn't explained that to her, maybe she wouldn't have gotten it. Maybe she was so wrapped up in her job and doing everything right and perfect and clean counters and, you know, all the little details that she forgot what it took to bring all of that into focus
