A Gentle Bend ( Poem about aging)

article image placeholderUploaded by @susisouljourney
And I let the clouds know and the birds know, the trees, the gravel, the mud, the winding, rugged roads know that I am ever so grateful for you, for this life, no matter how humble it may be. It is yet noticeably majestic and mysterious and oh, so marvelous to be me, to be you, to be us, to just be. To be here, breathing in every bend, every bump, every curve on this winding road of life

I think there's one thing I'd add to this app if I could just quickly write my thought about your phone instead of having to verbally respond every time. But that was a lovely poem. And, yeah, it just popped up, and it seemed like you were talking directly to me. It felt really nice. It's always nice to hear your voice, Susie

So when it came to know, do you want to invite? I was just like, ok, I know Rooster Collins name, but thank you for responding. I appreciate it. I'm glad you liked it

Susie, you better keep tagging me in these things. I don't mind responding. I just want to say some quick, kind words to you. Starting to peter out for the evening. Kids are sleeping. Yeah. The clock is slowly ticking. Have a good night, dear
