Becoming more Aware of Emotions
And this can indirectly help you become more aware of your own emotions by developing a deeper understanding of how feelings work. Now this happens to me a lot. I think I have an open empathy channel. So I over feel a lot of times how other people are feeling and that can be troublesome and sometimes get in my way. So I'm learning how to control that a little better
