We have a problem rather than addressing it by figuring out what's causing the problem and changing our lifestyle and changing our diet and make keeping ourselves more healthy, we would prefer to pop in a pill to make the problem go away. And the consequences of that over the last two generations, I think, has been significantly evident in the types of diseases that I think we are seeing as a society

And then the article, I think partially what's sort of on us is to say, just matter of fact, that drugs that have one thing always have side effects, and it's our responsibility to sort of kick the tires of those lists and say, okay, what else is going on here? So now I personally can add to my list this ingredient. I have to learn how to pronounce it first anti colonard chicks

Anyway, I'm going off on an off road. Tangent I do appreciate this conversation, and we do have to be our own best advocates for our health, because it seems like, especially in this country, we cannot really rely on our doctors to do it. And it's a systematic problem. It's not necessarily a problem of the individual doctors who I'm sure many are well intentioned and want to do well by their patients
