Saying "No" has a lot of love in it

article image placeholderUploaded by @StashiaJeanette
So you, as the giver, must have limits, must have firm boundaries, must be able to say no when something just is not right for you, when something doesn't align with you, when something isn't working for you, if it just doesn't feel right, saying no will save you so much pain, so much suffering, so much heartache, so much drama in the long run if you just cut it off at the path. And it's so simple, right?

It. That is a great topic. And a lot of people really don't understand no is very powerful. I had to learn that through understanding who I was as a person. That no sometimes is much better than saying yes just because you don't want someone or people or things to make it seem like you. Bad for having a feeling of no. I appreciate it. Definitely great energy. And just let's keep saying no for 2024 in a good way

That was so beautifully explained. Stashia, I hope I'm saying your name right. No is a complete sentence. And I often say this to the people I talk to as a life coach. And everything you said about there not being any love, it is so true, because when we don't say no for the right reasons or in the right situations, we showing no love to ourselves

You love this conversation. To all three of you. Thank you. It's such an opening. I know that sounds crazy, but, like, the fact that no has such a great impact. That is so positive. I love how no ends with an o and opened a vowel and just an opening in general. And I just love how you guys responded and framed this. It's just beautiful. Thank you

Kind of, kind of gets a bad rap, for lack of better words, on how, because a lot of people aren't used to hearing it, and a lot of people, we do get stuck in this people pleasing kind of mode, and then we're the ones who end up suffering in the long run. And so, I don't know
