#TellYourStory | I learned to laugh at myself when...

I often laugh at myself while I'm recording or while I'm on video making content or something. I'll flub a word or something and be like, okay, so anyways, clearly I just can't talk today. And that's just how I deal with it. I laugh and move on. But it is an art and it is a progress that. It is something that takes time to master and learn and be comfortable with doing

Oh, I love that. I love reaching for exceptionalism and not perfectionism. I have trouble with being a perfectionist as well, and it's anxiety inducing and paralyzing. So I really, really like that. And it totally goes along with learning to laugh at yourself. It's adapting when you make mistakes or when things aren't exactly right. Like you said, being grateful. Being grateful to be alive, to be healthy in whatever way that finds you to laugh and keep it moving
