The naturalness of the "symphony of selves"?

And so again, I wonder, this may be the order of how things have played out and do play out, but is it really healthy? Because I would think that as a child comes out of the womb, there is an authenticity there until we start telling them otherwise. Then they start to fracture in a bit, sort of to become this symphony of selves. And then it's a matter of piecing it all together to somehow harmonize it at a later point in life

Oh, man. Oh, man. It's. That's some good stuff. I'll have to consider checking out the book. Thank you for sharing and giving me something to think about. Bye

But as well, when you're creating an environment and a world where there are so many demands on the senses, on the brain and the load, cognitively, emotionally, there's just too much, right? And I think we're picking up on it sooner, but there's starting to be these ripple outs where it's being noticed. I just hope it doesn't lean into pathology and instead is recognized. Hey, you know, we gotta step things back and make different decisions
