However, the question remains, have these measures being introduced in time or could they have been proactively implemented since the start of the third wave? These decisions have also come in light of harsh criticism of the Election Commission's inability to take Swift decisions during the eight phase West Bengal election that took place largely during the second wave of the Pandemic

And I think if anyone is suggesting that you gather in large groups for a political cause is really questioning their stance on what is really important to them is the health and well being of the community important to them

First of all, Hello. So this situation really annoys me and I can't understand why Election Commission wants to conduct elections at this time where Pandemic situation is so high. On one hand, there is lack of beds in hospitals, lack of oxygen in hospitals. People are told to sit at home and work from home. Students are not going to schools and colleges are shut down and these politicians are conducting huge rallies which will definitely worse the situation in this pandemic
