Irish Nell/Redhead Granny
Hey, subjour here and happy Women's history month. This poem that I'm about to share is called irish nail or redhead Granny and is dedicated to the eldest ancestor that I know. Great Grandma Butler rocked in her chair with a face full of freckles and reddish brown hair. She looked over at me and slowly smiled, beckoning me to come sit by her side. I said, grandma, why do you look the way you do?

That is one of the most powerful and beautifully written poems I have ever heard in my 74 years of living. Just fantastic. It's the kind of poem I like that you're telling a story, a story that could be shared around a campfire, around a dining table, in a room with lots of people in it. Sir, it is just an epic poem.
