I've noticed any and everyone because I pay attention to detail but what I found a pattern in was someone who I've never noticed until they was gone was their value it there's a coworker of mine at work and she does a lot down to what they call in psychology kin keeping it's where mostly mothers would take care of minor detail and that's what she does she makes the world go round on the unit and she has a little spark to her a little spunk to her but she's definitely made herself comfortable and her comfort sometimes benefits her too much to where someone suffers and she's also there to make up for it but she doesn't believe in preventing such heartache because she knows that she can pay it back instead of paying it forward I remember when she went to Trinidad her hometown for three weeks and the accountability was gone and these are mandatory documents that we need for our everyday and we were making it so sloppy just adding crossing out and it was really a time it
