I balance my life with grace and fairness. I work in the mental health field and therefore I facilitate people who need a restful and therapeutic environment, and they most likely is going to respond in a traumatic way, which leaves us vulnerable. Instead of escalating, I identify and address hey, excuse me. That wasn't very kind. I don't feel safe with someone saying that to me.
